What drives my work:
I’m a People Operations Strategist and leader who helps organizations design people systems built for the future of work.
My career started in Operations, where I learned firsthand how structure and process drive impact. Over time, I realized that real, lasting impact comes from how people work together: how they’re led, supported, and empowered. That curiosity led me into People Ops, where I could scale that impact across entire organizations.
I believe People Ops is one of the most strategic levers a company has. When done with intention, it creates workplaces that don’t just adapt to change, but lead it.
